Ok so for about 2 or 3 months now my sims 4 dashboard has been broken and with that I can't place items in build mode. I have tried fixing my mods folder and re-download the newer download mods but nothing has worked. I have the better exceptions mod downloaded and it seems it's not able to pick up on the bug. Although basegame works fine.And to fix the Sims 4 loading screen problem it is suggested to remove the mods. Follow the instructions to do so: Go to the Sims 4 installation directory.
